The story
Selected as an OMLAS Fellow for the 2026 fellowship with a full scholarship: 1,866 applicants from 26 countries, 200 shortlisted for interview, 80 fellows selected. The fellowship brings young leaders across the Asia-Pacific together with global mentors on real leadership and community challenges.
Why it mattered
It continued a leadership journey that began with the OMLAS Champions 2025 program. Moving from the 2025 program into the 2026 fellowship meant a larger scope to learn, collaborate and contribute at a regional level.
What changed after
Expanded exposure beyond Bangladesh and connected the leadership journey with a broader Asia-Pacific community.
